For the second year straight, Search Discovery has received a Great Place to Work certification.
This is an important designation determined by rigorous employee assessment that allows Search Discovery to qualify for awards on the Best Workplaces list.
Admission to the Best Workplaces list puts top companies in the running for other awards like the Fortune Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services award, which we won in 2022.
“Being recognized with a Great Place to Work certification is an honor,” said Andy Smelser, head of People Services at Search Discovery. “These survey results tell a story about how much our teammates value one another and our clients. We achieve a great place to work with our thoughtful, collaborative, culture-building people.”
To become certified, employees take the Trust Index© assessment, consisting of 60 core statements and two open-ended questions, and complete a Culture Brief (learn more about Search Discovery’s award-winning culture). The assessment responses are benchmarked against 2022 Best Small & Medium Workplaces responses.
Eighty-nine percent of Search Discovery employees say it’s a great place to work compared to 57% of a typical US-based company. The highest-scoring categories for Search Discovery teammates include community, camaraderie, intimacy, hospitality, team, and caring. Other high-scoring categories include innovation, support, engagement, and collaboration.
